Using a combination of traditional and modern methods, over the last 20 years we have developed lasting relationships with reliable, experienced and competitive partners.
We contract olives at fixed prices for the season safeguarding both producer and customer.
We’re proud to be one of the leading olive merchants in the UK. In the 2023/2024 season we contracted upwards of 1,500 tonnes of olives.

DOMAT. vibrant green with a firm crunchy texture.
EDREMIT. fast becoming a favourite this pinky-blushed olive has a unique look and taste. Best served whole.
AZZIZI. the pearl of the desert this rich green olive is gaining popularity all the time.
AMPHISSA. picked as green or left to ripen and turn brown/black from the heart of Greece.

KALAMATA / KALAMON. with their uniquely beautiful almond shape and purple colour surely the stand out olive of them all.
HALIKIDIKI or CHALKIDIKI. whichever way you pronounce it, this is a staple olive ideal for pitting and stuffing.
USLU. a deliciously strong-flavoured natural black olive.
FACON GREQUE BELDI. salt-cured black wrinkled olive, full bodied powerful taste for the true olive lover.

GREECE
Greece is the 2nd largest olive producer. We love its rich and proud olive history that runs deep in Greek culture. Climatically the growing conditions are ideal with cold winters, hot summers and seasonal rainfall. The olive groves lie across the beautiful mountainous regions and coastal plains. The Olives are picked and gathered by hand.

TURKEY
Turkey is an inspiring and innovative olive market offering up some delicious varieties which are a well kept secret and lesser known globally. Here the lion’s share of the harvest is sold domestically, but now that production is expanding the Turkish varieties are now getting the attention they deserve in foreign markets.

EGYPT
Olive groves in the desert are a thing of beauty and have such an allure. Egypt is the fastest growing olive producer in the Mediterranean basin, using viable sustainable growing methods. It’s our newest market and we love the varieties. This exciting, emerging market is offering up brilliant quality and choice and its growing many other fruits and vegetables too. It’s one to watch.

MOROCCO
Morocco’s unique olive varieties are world famous. They are proud to be sole producers of the Facon Greque (that brilliant dry wrinkled olive). Offering up an alternative route to market for many years now they are fully established in markets across the world.
