We work with partners at a European owned factory with over 100 years experience who source raw material from an extensive, established network of trusted growers.
We offer an extensive range of sizes and formats in pickles and cornichons.
OPTIONS:
CORNICHON.
Salty, small, crunchy and crisp with the perfect pickled flavour profile.
PICKLES.
These are bigger so we can prepare and supply them every which way: whole, length cut for a stacker, side ways for a burger chip. Choose: Crinkle cut or Smooth cut.
STACKER.
The legendary sarnie filler, skin on with a bit of crunch, medium sliced for that brilliant bite.
CHIPS.
That vital ingredient to make a burger sing with its skin on with a zingy, crunch. Choose: Crinkle cut or Smooth cut. Fab salad accompaniment.
DICED.
The hardest working ingredient for making all your sauces and condiments. Choose: 5mm or 10mm for the bite you need.
SEASONALITY:
With 3 Pickle harvests a year, we’re able to offer up more flexibility on shorter term contract for our clients.
Our partners promote the practice of crop rotation to respect and maintain the land. They support the use of drip irrigation as part of sustainable agriculture and work to educate and support local farmers with technical expertise, ensuring they adhere to established practices.
